I spearheaded a project centered around the redesign and security enhancement of a client’s website. Initially engaged to revamp the site, I began by crafting a prototype of the main page using Figma. After incorporating feedback and finalizing the design, I seamlessly translated the vision into a fully functional WordPress website, employing the Pagelayer plugin for efficient content creation.

Key Project Highlights:

1. Design Prototyping with Figma: Collaborating closely with the client, I developed a detailed prototype of the main page using Figma. This allowed for a visual representation of the proposed changes and facilitated iterative improvements based on client feedback.
2. WordPress Implementation with Pagelayer: Leveraging the flexibility of WordPress, I brought the approved design to life. 3. Security Challenge – Virus Removal: In the course of examining the code, I identified a security threat in the form of a virus redirecting users to an external site. Utilizing the Wordfence plugin, I conducted a thorough cleanup, removing the malicious code and implementing security measures to fortify the website against future threats.
4. Holistic Redesign: Going beyond security concerns, I executed a comprehensive redesign of the entire website. This involved enhancing navigation, optimizing layout, and incorporating responsive design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.
5. Contact Form 7 Integration: To enhance user interaction, I incorporated the Contact Form 7 plugin, providing a streamlined communication channel for visitors to connect with the website owner.
6. Mobile Optimization: Recognizing the importance of mobile accessibility, I crafted a responsive design, ensuring an optimal viewing experience on various mobile devices. This included adapting the layout and content to suit smaller screens without compromising functionality or aesthetics.
